Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Student Counselors / Telecallers to guide prospective students through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students, following up on leads, converting inquiries into registrations, and driving registrations into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
- Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities, eligibility, and the admission process.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, walk-ins, referrals, and other sources.
- Convert inquiries into registrations and registrations into confirmed admissions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly registration and admission targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students through regular follow-ups.
- Address student queries and provide accurate information regarding courses, fees, scholarships, and career prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, registrations, and admissions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Participate in admission drives, education fairs, and promotional activities as required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of calls made per day.
- Lead-to-registration conversion rate.
- Registration-to-admission conversion rate.
- Monthly admission targets achieved.
- Revenue generated through admissions.
- Follow-up efficiency and CRM accuracy.
- Student satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Any additional certification in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Relationship Management is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a Student Counselor, Admission Counselor, Telecaller, Academic Counselor, or Education Sales Executive.
- Prior experience in the EdTech, education, training institute, or higher education sector is preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling and relationship-building abilities.
- Sales-oriented with good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Good time management and follow-up skills.

- Experience in education or EdTech sales.
- Strong phone etiquette and customer handling skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
