Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced TIG Welder with strong knowledge of precision welding and fabrication work. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in TIG welding operations and the ability to deliver high-quality, defect-free weld joints as per drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding on Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, and other metals.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, welding symbols, WPS, and technical specifications.
- Perform precision welding with proper joint preparation and finishing.
- Ensure weld quality by checking defects and maintaining required standards.
- Prepare, clean, and inspect surfaces before and after welding.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment safely.
- Follow company quality procedures, safety standards, and production requirements.
- Coordinate with the fabrication and quality teams for smooth operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
✅ 4–5 years of hands-on TIG welding experience
✅ Knowledge of fabrication drawings and welding standards
✅ Ability to perform precision welding jobs
✅ Good understanding of welding defects and inspection methods
✅ Quality-focused and safety-conscious approach
✅ Good teamwork and communication skills
✅ Manufacturing / Engineering industry experience preferred
✅ Immediate joiners will be preferred
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
