Job Title: DRA Telecaller ExecutiveJob Summary
We are looking for a goal-oriented and empathetic DRA Telecaller Executive to join our collections team in Noida. You will make outbound calls to follow up on overdue accounts, negotiate settlements, and ensure timely debt recovery while maintaining 100% compliance with RBI guidelines.
- Payment Follow-ups: Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls to follow up on pending EMIs and overdue accounts.
- Negotiation & Settlement: Propose viable repayment plans and process write-off settlements according to company policies.
- Compliance Adherence: Strictly follow ethical debt collection practices to maintain complete regulatory compliance.
- Record Management: Update customer interaction details, Promise-to-Pay (P2P) dates, and disposition codes accurately in the CRM system.
- Dispute Resolution: Address debtor grievances with empathy and route complex escalations to the appropriate department.
Job Specifications Feature Requirement
Education 12th Pass minimum; Bachelor's degree preferred
CertificationMandatory DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification
Experience 6 months to 2 years in banking/NBFC tele-collections
Languages Fluent in Hindi and basic functional English
Technical Skills Basic MS Excel knowledge and familiarity with CRM software
Compensation & Benefits
