Position: Manager – Machine Building
Industry: Special Purpose Machinery (SPM) Manufacturing
Experience:
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in machine building, preferably in SPM design, assembly, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead machine building and assembly operations
- Manage SPM manufacturing projects from design to commissioning
- Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams
- Ensure timely project completion and quality standards
- Guide and supervise technical teams and shop floor activities
- Customer coordination and troubleshooting during installation
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of machine design, assembly, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation systems
Skills Required:
- Leadership and team management
- Project planning and execution
- Problem solving and technical decision-making
- Experience in SPM manufacturing environment
