The company’s CSR arm CarTrade Foundation, focuses on creating meaningful social impact within the mobility sector. As part of this effort, it has launched Drive a Smile, a digital platform that enables transparent and verified financial support for individuals and families within these communities.
is focused on supporting the education of children from the mobility sector by enabling access to and continuity of schooling. The initiative aims to build a scalable and structured system that facilitates this support while ensuring accountability and trust. The role will involve contributing to program development, execution, and ongoing operations.
Role Overview Duration: 6 months
This role supports the day-to-day execution of the program. You will work closely with the
program team to help coordinate with beneficiaries and schools, manage follow-ups and maintain accurate records that ensure children remain in school and supported. It is a hands-on, operational role with exposure to how an early-stage social impact program is built and run.
What you will be doing:
- Support outreach and coordination with beneficiaries and schools
- Assist in collecting and updating beneficiary information
- Help conduct regular check-ins to track schooling status
- Follow up on non-responsive or pending cases
- Support documentation and data entry across the program
- Assist in tracking attendance and flagging potential risks
- Assisting with the execution of social media content to help communicate the initiative’s work and impact.
- Coordinate operational tasks related to onboarding and support delivery
What we are looking for:
- Internship experience in similar roles
- Strong communication skills, especially over phone and written channels
- Well versed in Hindi and English
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Strong data tracking, analysis and documentation skills
- Ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
