We are hiring for a Senior Account Manager – Marketplace Growth (E-commerce) role.
Location: Vesu, Surat, Gujarat (Onsite)
Salary: Up to ₹60,000/month
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Role Overview:
Looking for an experienced professional who can manage and grow brands across major marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart). This is a strategy + execution role with complete ownership of marketplace performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end marketplace operations for multiple brands
* Build and execute growth strategies (pricing, catalog, ads, promotions)
* Handle client communication and business development
* Drive revenue, profitability, and performance marketing (ROAS-focused)
* Monitor sales, inventory, and campaign performance regularly
* Lead and manage a team of junior account managers/interns
* Work with tools/AI systems to improve efficiency and scalability
Requirements:
* 4–8 years of experience in e-commerce/marketplace management
* Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
* Strong understanding of P&L, performance marketing, and analytics
* Good client-handling and leadership skills
* Growth-oriented and data-driven mindset
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
