Role: Travel Consultant
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Experience: 2-4 years
Key Responsibilities:

Handle international flight amendments including date change, reissuance, rerouting, cancellation, refund, and name correction as per airline policies.

Interpret and apply fare rules accurately for revalidation and reissue cases.

Coordinate with airlines for waiver approvals, schedule changes, and involuntary cases.

Manage ADM prevention by ensuring correct pricing and compliance with airline policies.

Provide prompt support to B2B agents via calls, emails, and CRM tools.

Maintain TAT and SLA as per company standards.

Ensure accurate documentation and maintain proper case notes in the system.

Handle queue management and prioritize urgent cases.

Support escalations and complex amendment scenarios efficiently.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of international ticketing and amendment processes.

Hands-on experience in GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre).

Good understanding of fare construction and airline penalty structures.

Ability to handle pressure and manage high volumes.
-
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
-
Attention to detail and analytical skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
-
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in international air ticketing/amendments.
-
Experience in B2B travel operations preferred.
-
Graduate in any discipline.
-
Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts if required).
