Job Description – Creative Designer
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and talented Creative Designer with around 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, creativity, and the ability to create engaging visual content for social media, digital marketing, branding, and other promotional activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Creative Designer or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colours, and layouts.
- Ability to create creative and engaging social media designs.
- Basic knowledge of branding and digital marketing is an advantage.
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio of previous design work is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create creative designs for social media posts, stories, advertisements, posters, banners, and campaigns.
- Develop visual concepts according to client and company requirements.
- Create designs that align with brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative campaigns.
- Make design modifications based on feedback.
- Stay updated with current design trends and social media trends.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
- Prepare designs in appropriate formats for digital and print use.
- Contribute new and creative ideas for marketing campaigns and branding projects.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
