Designation Area Sales Manager Function RAC Sales
Reporting to Branch Manager/Zonal Manager Grade M4
Minimum Educational Qualifications required for the job. Any Graduate with MBA (Marketing) Minimum years of Experience required for the job. Total experience 5yrs – 8yrs, Minimum 3yrs – 5yrs in Consumer Durable Industry

FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
Sales & Collection target achievement for the territory/area assigned in accordance with guidelines of the Branch Manager/Zonal Manager to achieve Business Plan Target & Management Goals.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
Sales Achievement
Responsible for hitting monthly sales plan and increasing sales volume for the assigned territory/area as per Business Plan.
IChannel Expansion
Responsible for efficient management of the existing channel.
Identify new distributor/dealers & trade opportunities for expanding the channel network.
Responsible for channel/market mapping.
Sales Force Training System
Responsible to achieve the targeted no. of visits as per the plan.
Ensure proper compliance of CMI Connect Application as per the guidelines.
Tracking Outstanding
Tracking & controlling the overdue outstanding’s.
Ensuring outstanding’s are cleared as per defined timelines.
Market Share
Ensure achievement of value market share on monthly basis.
Ensure growth in market share in proportion to the market growth in industry.
Marketing
Effective execution of BTL activities, Product display and support, ISD placement & education as per defined guidelines.
Service
Coordinating with Service team to resolve channel service issues.
Tracking Outstanding
Preparing & sharing weekly/monthly MIS..
Governance
Must ensure weekly performance review meeting with Branch Manager/Zonal Manager on weekly sales, collection, outstanding, PJP etc.
