Job Summary
Cerebrox HR Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced English Language Trainer to deliver high-quality English communication training for students, graduates, and working professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing learners' spoken English, grammar, pronunciation, business communication, interview skills, and workplace confidence through engaging and interactive training sessions. This role requires excellent instructional abilities, learner-centric teaching methods, and a commitment to achieving measurable learning outcomes. The responsibilities align with common English language trainer roles advertised by leading academies and corporate training organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training in Spoken English, Business English, Grammar, Vocabulary, Pronunciation, and Workplace Communication.
- Conduct training on presentation skills, public speaking, group discussions, interviews, and professional etiquette.
- Design lesson plans, learning materials, assessments, and interactive classroom activities.
- Evaluate learners through mock interviews, speaking assessments, and periodic progress reviews.
- Provide personalized coaching and constructive feedback to improve fluency, confidence, and communication skills.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and learner performance reports.
- Support curriculum enhancement and contribute to the development of training content.
- Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to prepare students for employment opportunities.
- Foster an engaging, inclusive, and learner-focused classroom environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an English Language Trainer, Spoken English Trainer, Communication Trainer, or Soft Skills Trainer.
- Certifications such as CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or Train-the-Trainer are preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong command of grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and business communication.
- Expertise in interview preparation, public speaking, and presentation skills.
- Outstanding classroom management and learner engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom/Google Meet, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, and coaching skills.
