We are looking for a motivated and energetic Real Estate Telecaller to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to real estate leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Qualify and verify lead requirements.
- Explain project details, pricing, location, and offers to prospective buyers.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Update lead status and remarks in CRM/software.
- Maintain daily call records and reporting.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handovers.
- Ensure timely follow-up of all assigned leads.
Daily KPIs
- Minimum 150 calls per day.
- Consistent follow-up with existing prospects.
- Meeting and site visit generation.
- Daily reporting of call activity and lead status.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi (preferred).
- Telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
- Real estate calling experience will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle objections and follow up consistently.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or real estate.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented mindset.
