We are seeking an experienced and innovative Design & Development Engineer with 13–15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for leading product design, development, and improvement initiatives while ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product design and development processes
- Develop new product concepts, prototypes, and production-ready designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and procurement
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct design validation, testing, and failure analysis
- Optimize existing products for cost reduction and performance improvement
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Use CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.) for design development
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovation
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 13–15 years of experience in design & development within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM)
- Expertise in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (casting, machining, fabrication, etc.)
- Experience in handling cross-functional teams and projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
