We are seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Engineer to assemble, test, and troubleshoot industrial induction heating machines in Chennai. You will work closely with senior engineers to ensure high-quality production, electrical panel wiring, and successful equipment commissioning.Core Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and engineering drawings.
- Perform electrical panel routing, layout design, component mounting, and wiring.
- Assemble and integrate power electronic components, transformers, and induction coils.
- Conduct high-voltage, insulation, and functional testing on finished machines.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix electrical faults during the assembly phase.
- Calibrate analog/digital controllers, temperature controllers, and sensor feedback loops.
- Assist senior engineers during machine installation and client commissioning.
- Maintain accurate production test reports, quality checklists, and technical logs.
- Ensure strict adherence to industrial electrical safety standards and protocols.
Key Requirements:
- Strong foundational knowledge of electrical machines, power electronics, and control panels.
- Hands-on familiarity with multi-meters, insulation testers, crimping tools, and soldering.
- Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail in a manufacturing setup.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
