Job Title: HR Recruiter Car Showroom
Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, field hiring, and recruitment drives.
- Screen candidates and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of blue-collar candidates.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand hiring requirements.
- Achieve recruitment targets within the stipulated timelines.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Hands-on experience in blue-collar or Manufacturing is mandatory.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and WorkIndia.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
