About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, presenting company capabilities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving business opportunities. The role involves regular client interactions and site visits to ensure smooth communication and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with prospective and existing clients to understand their business requirements.
- Conduct client meetings and visit client locations as required.
- Present the company's services, capabilities, and business proposals to clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to gather solutions for client requirements.
- Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle and ensure timely communication.
- Manage client accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and potential client accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective relationship management.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong client handling and relationship management experience.
- Ability to understand business requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.
- Willingness to travel and visit client sites as required.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
