Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Infrastructure Engineer to manage our Namakkal office operations and act as the bridge between our local Infra Team and the UK Infra team. You will handle local Infrastructure Operations and with the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Infrastructure Operations:
Operating Systems: Deep understanding of Linux, Windows Server/Client administration.
Networking Knowledge: Familiarity with routing, switching, and VPNs.
Scripting & Automation: Languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell will be added advantage.
Education & Experience: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 2+ years of hands-on infrastructure or systems administration experience coordinate on boarding / exit formalities and IT documentations for employees.
2. Work Schedule & Location (Crucial):
- Standard Shift: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST (to overlap with UK business hours) at Coastal Grand Group, Namakkal, Tamil Nadu - 637003.
Requirements:
- Fluent communication in Tamil and English (Reading/Writing/Speaking) is mandatory. Hindi is an added advantage.
- Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License and own vehicle.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Email etiquette.
- Handle issues amicably under UK Management direction.
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
