Job Description: Art Designer
Location: Malad (Work from Office)
Salary: 9.60 LPA
- Utilize extensive design knowledge to oversee the creation of pitch creatives and develop key visuals for projects.
- Manage and lead a team of designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure high-quality work output.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, ensuring the alignment of design deliverables with their expectations.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Service (CS) team to integrate design solutions seamlessly into client projects and address any design-related queries or issues.
- Develop and communicate creative briefs effectively, outlining project objectives, target audience, and design specifications.
- Conduct team assessments to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies for enhancing productivity and creativity.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas, provide instructions, and maintain professional relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong leadership and management abilities, with a minimum of 2 years' experience overseeing a team of designers.
- Pleasant personality and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment and effective client relationships.

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
