What You’ll Do

Own end-to-end hiring across Non-tech/Tech and business functions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and define ideal candidate profiles
- Build sourcing strategies using traditional channels, referrals, talent communities, and AI-powered sourcing tools
- Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, and culture alignment
- Coordinate and manage interview processes across multiple stakeholders
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Leverage recruiting analytics and funnel data to improve hiring outcomes
- Use AI tools to automate workflows, improve sourcing efficiency, and enhance candidate engagement
- Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and closing activities
- Maintain ATS hygiene and ensure recruiting data accuracy
Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

Great If You’ve Achieved This

2+ years of recruiting experience across Non-tech/Tech and/or business roles
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and modern recruiting platforms
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment technologies
- Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools, sourcing assistants, or automation workflows
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to work with hiring metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail
- Curiosity about how AI is transforming recruiting and talent acquisition
