About the Role:
Provilac is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive with a strong background in dairy manufacturing accounting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing accounts, cost analysis, inventory reconciliation, and preparation of production-related MIS reports. The candidate must possess a sound understanding of manufacturing processes and should be capable of coordinating with production and plant teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and maintain manufacturing-related reports including: Consumption Reports
- Yield Reports
- Production Cost Reports
- Material Reconciliation Reports
- Inventory & Stock Reports
- Wastage and Variance Reports
- Monitor raw material consumption and production costs.
- Perform inventory accounting and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and procurement departments for accurate reporting.
- Maintain plant-related accounting records and manufacturing MIS. Prepare monthly financial reports, cost sheets, and management reports.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and statutory compliance support.
- Assist during internal and statutory audits.
- Maintain vendor reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account finalization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com or CA Inter will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Dairy Manufacturing Company or similar FMCG manufacturing setup.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting and cost accounting. Hands-on experience in preparing Consumption Reports, Yield Reports, Production MIS, Inventory Reports, and Material Reconciliation Reports.
- Good understanding of Power Factor, Electricity Consumption Analysis, Utility Costing, and other plant operational cost parameters.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced Excel preferred) and ERP/Accounting Software such as Tally, or similar.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Prior experience in dairy or food manufacturing industry is mandatory.

- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
