We are seeking a dynamic professional who can drive end-to-end recruitment while also acting as an HR Business Partner to support business leaders in aligning people’s practices with organizational goals. The role requires a strong focus on talent acquisition, along with the ability to partner with business teams on HR initiatives such as engagement, retention, and performance management.
Job Description : Recruitment:
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast talent needs based on product roadmaps, client deliverables, and growth plan
- Plan & Lead end-to-end hiring across IT Products & Services business lines.
- Build strong talent pipelines for niche and technology-specific roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and smooth transition of new hires into the organization.
- Track and report hiring metrics, ensuring timely and quality closures.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitor benchmarking on salaries, benefits, and hiring practices.
HR Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with HR CoEs (L&D, Compensation, Policies) for program execution.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational goals.
- Define company-wide KRAs and drive the performance management process end to end.
- Manage org structure and org charts to ensure role clarity and scalability.
- Lead resource planning, utilization, and workforce optimization.
- Drive succession planning and leadership pipeline readiness.
- Govern Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) with fairness and rigor.
- Prepare and present HR MIS reports to enable data-driven decisions.
- Support talent reviews, employee engagement, retention, and grievance management.
Education, Required Skills & Experience : Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in IT Recruitment & HR, with strong exposure to Quality hirings.
- Proven track record of handling high numbers of hiring and stakeholder management.
- Effective communication, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
- Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and compensation benchmarking.
- Strong MS Office skills required; advanced Excel proficiency is a must (MIS, data analysis, dashboards).
Working Days: Monday to Friday (10 am to 7pm) & Work from Office
