Job Title: Tally Accountant

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Tally Accountant to manage the company's financial records using Tally ERP/TallyPrime. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, taxation, and financial reporting, along with experience in maintaining accurate books of accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP/TallyPrime.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, cash books, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Generate invoices and manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Prepare GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance reports.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Maintain inventory records and stock reconciliation (if applicable).
- Prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other stakeholders during audits.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certification or training in Tally ERP/TallyPrime is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
