JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Counsel prospective candidates over the phone, provide accurate course information, and convert inquiries into registrations.
- Handle phone calls and email communications promptly and professionally as the first point of contact.
- Competence to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills , Interpersonal skills & telephone etiquette.
