Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Frappe and ERPNext. You will be the first point of contact for user queries, troubleshoot system issues, implement minor customizations, and ensure smooth ERPNext operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide user support for ERPNext modules (Accounts, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, HR).
- Manage support tickets and resolve issues within SLAs.
- Perform system maintenance, backups, and server monitoring (Linux).
- Debug Python, JavaScript, and MySQL issues.
- Implement low-code/no-code customizations (Doc Types, Reports, Workflows, Print Formats).
- Assist with REST API integrations.
- Prepare documentation and conduct user training.
- Support updates, upgrades, and deployments.
Requirements:
- 1+ years ERPNext/Frappe support or implementation experience.
- Proficient in Python, JavaScript, MySQL/MariaDB, Linux.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, Jinja templates, Git.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- ERPNext certification.
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of HR, CRM, or Manufacturing workflows.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
