About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lawyer to join our legal team in Goa. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Land & Revenue matters and a good understanding of local legal procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements.
This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to grow their legal career while working on real estate, land, and revenue-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Land & Revenue legal matters and documentation
- Draft, review, and verify legal agreements, notices, and applications
- Coordinate with government departments, revenue offices, and legal authorities
- Conduct legal research related to land laws and property matters
- Assist in title verification and due diligence processes
- Maintain legal records and case documentation
- Support senior legal team in ongoing legal proceedings and compliance matters
- Follow up on approvals, permissions, and government-related processes
Candidate Requirements
- LLB degree from a recognized university
- Less than 5 years of experience in Land & Revenue matters
- Good knowledge of Goa land laws and legal procedures
- Ability to communicate in Konkani is mandatory
- Strong drafting and documentation skills
- Good coordination and follow-up abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and legal documentation handling

- Experience in real estate or infrastructure-related legal work
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented with professional ethics and confidentiality
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
