About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist with experience in IT sales and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and delivering technology solutions aligned with customer business needs.This role requires a professional who can manage complex sales cycles, maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients, and identify opportunities for business expansion through upselling and cross-selling IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies and account plans for assigned verticals or key accounts.
· Onboarding new logos is a key priority and is not limited solely to account management responsibilities
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders.
· Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
· Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings.
· Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
· Handle contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and renewals with clients.
· Understand customer business challenges and propose appropriate IT, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity solutions.
· Coordinate internally with sales, technical, support, and finance teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
· Prepare and deliver account plans, business reviews, and performance reports.
Qualifications & Required skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in IT sales, account management, client servicing, or technology solution sales.
- Direct experience selling network security, application security, cloud, or IT infrastructure solutions is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Strong relationship management and account management skills
- Experience handling complex B2B sales cycles and enterprise clients.
- Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into technology-driven business solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with enterprise or government clients.
- Existing relationships within corporate enterprise accounts in the Indian market.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
