We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth in the facility management segment. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, preparing quotations, and closing sales through both inside and outside sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the facility management sector
Handle end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, negotiation, and closure
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
Prepare and submit competitive quotations, proposals, and service agreements
Conduct site visits and understand client requirements to offer customized solutions
Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth service delivery
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
3–6 years of experience in sales (preferably in facility management, hospitality, or services industry)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in both inside and field sales
Ability to prepare quotations and understand costing
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
