Role Description The Photo Editor – Wedding will be responsible for editing and retouching wedding photographs to meet the studio’s visual standards and client expectations. Day-to-day tasks include color correction, exposure adjustments, skin retouching, curation and selection of images, and preparing albums or digital galleries. The role also involves organizing and managing image libraries, collaborating with photographers and videographers on project requirements, and ensuring consistent style across all deliverables. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring close coordination with the in-house production team and adherence to project timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong image editing and photo retouching skills, with proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Experience in photography and photo research, including image selection, curation, and understanding of wedding aesthetics.
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills, preferably using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to maintain consistent style and quality across large batches of images.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with creative and production teams.
- Prior experience in wedding or event photography/post-production is highly beneficial.
- Relevant certification or degree in photography, visual arts, media, or a related field is an advantage.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
