Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Marketing & Sales Manager to drive business growth, generate leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets for our manufacturing products.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
· Generate new B2B leads and convert them into business.
· Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Maintain relationships with existing customers and distributors.
· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
· Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
· Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders.
· Track market trends and competitor activities.
· Maintain CRM and submit sales reports to management.
· Travel for customer meetings when required.
