Job Description
We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - F&A In this role you will be responsible for all the activities related to O2 C & P2 P domain. Should be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement Responsibilities: - Must manage a team size of minimum 200 FTE and have the hands on maintain the P&L. - Management experience and leadership skills to drive strategic planning. - Lead end-to-end O2 C & PTP delivery including project setup billing collections and payments invoice processing & dispute management. - Design and implement standardized processes aligned with ERP and other implementation - Establish SL As KP Is and dashboards for DSO WIP and invoice cycle time/. - Partner with Data & Analytics to drive insight reporting and cash flow forecasting. - Develop leadership depth and foster a continuous improvement mindset across the tower of PTP RTR O2 C. - Define & enforce credit policies based on customer segments (corporates institutes dealers) - Develop leadership depth and foster a continuous improvement mindset across the tower. - Perform review of monthly & YTD performance and provide analysis to optimize performance and profitability. - Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation (Lean and Six Sigma projects)
