GTPL Enterprise Solutions is looking for a Manager – Project Management Operations (Business Analyst / PMO) to oversee project planning, business analysis, client coordination, and successful project execution. The ideal candidate should have experience managing software development, ERP, HRMS, and enterprise solution projects while ensuring timely delivery, effective resource management, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Manage end-to-end project operations for software development, ERP, HRMS, and enterprise solution projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with clients, development teams, QA, and other internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Create project plans, define timelines, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.
- Track project deliverables and ensure milestones are achieved within the defined schedule.
- Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process documentation.
- Conduct project status meetings and provide regular progress reports to management and clients.
- Ensure project quality, scope, budget, and timelines are maintained.
- Support UAT, project implementation, and post-deployment activities.
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or PMO.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience managing ERP, HRMS, or enterprise software implementation projects.
- Excellent business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation skills.
- Strong client communication, stakeholder management, and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or MS Project.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in PMP, Scrum, Agile, or Business Analysis will be an added advantage.
