- Handle end-to-end DC operations including inbound, sorting, dispatch, and last-mile coordination.
- Monitor daily shipment flow and ensure timely dispatch and delivery performance.
- Manage ground staff, delivery associates, and vendor workforce effectively.
- Ensure attendance, roster planning, and manpower allocation based on operational requirements.
- Track operational KPIs such as productivity, TAT, misroutes, and delivery success rates.
- Coordinate with hub operations, fleet teams, and support functions for smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company operational processes.
- Resolve operational escalations and support the team during peak load situations.
- Maintain discipline, team engagement, and process adherence at the centre.
- Prepare and share operational MIS reports on a daily basis.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, courier, or last-mile operations.
- Prior team handling experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of DC operations and manpower management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and peak operations.
