The Sourcing & Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads through channel partners and driving end-to-end sales closures. This role involves managing sourcing activities, handling client interactions, and achieving overall sales targets for residential/commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and property consultants
- Generate qualified leads through sourcing, references, and field activities
- Handle client meetings, site visits, and project presentations
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sourcing and sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and lead generation activities
- Monitor pipeline, follow-ups, and conversions effectively
- Maintain accurate data and updates in CRM
- Provide market feedback and support in sales strategy planning
Requirements:
- Graduate
- 2–4 years of experience in real estate sourcing and sales
- Strong network in the real estate market preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Target-driven, result-oriented, and proactive approach
