Key Responsibilities:
- Designed and implemented scalable backend solutions using Python (Django, Flask), NodeJS (ExpressJS), and Go.
- Developed event-driven systems using Kafka, enabling real-time processing and trigger-based flows.
- Built RESTful APIs and integrated services using AWS (SNS, SQS, Lambda) and serverless architectures.
- Architected and led the implementation of rule engines and bookkeeping workflows in financial platforms.
- Created real-time API performance dashboards using Prometheus and Grafana for production monitoring.
- Worked on both backend development and the integration of frontend components using React to improve user experience.
- Contributed to DevOps processes using Docker and Kubernetes (preferred) for microservice-based deployments.
- Managed and optimised NoSQL and SQL databases including MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL, and TimescaleDB.
- Integrated with cloud infrastructure (AWS) to scale applications and enable efficient data processing pipelines.
- Mentored junior developers and worked as a POD lead, driving initiatives for corporate onboarding and healthcare services.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of backend development experience, with strong programming skills in Python, NodeJS, ExpressJS, Go, and React.

- Hands-on experience with Kafka, SNS, SQS, and AWS for event-driven architectures and cloud-native deployments.
- Proficient in Django, Flask, and ExpressJS for web services development.
- Strong experience with NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) and SQL (PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB) databases.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (preferred) for containerized microservice deployments.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy highly scalable systems in Telecom and other industries.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, cloud deployments, and event-driven architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Worked in fast-paced startup and enterprise environments, delivering impactful business solutions.
