Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities in the IT and digital services domain
Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking
Present and pitch company services effectively to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and close deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Coordinate with internal technical and marketing teams for smooth project execution
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales preferred
Freshers with excellent communication and confidence are encouraged to apply
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Understanding of IT services, software solutions, or digital marketing is an advantage
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and professional attitude
Maintain proper follow-ups and CRM records
