Position: Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer

Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in Automation Design / Machine Design
- Proficiency in Solid Edge
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes
- Experience with automation systems such as Conveyors, Robotic Cells, and SPMs
- Understanding of Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and Basic Electrical Integration
- Ability to read and interpret Technical Drawings and GD&T
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and automation systems using Solid Edge
- Create detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and manufacturing documentation
- Develop concepts for automation solutions including Fixtures, Jigs, Conveyors, and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs)
- Coordinate with Electrical, Controls, and Production teams for system integration
- Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection
- Modify and improve existing designs for efficiency and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Support prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting of automation equipment
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and technical reports
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
