Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Make outbound calls for service reminders, follow-ups, feedback collection, and promotional campaigns.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments with the workshop team.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department and ensure timely closure.
- Conduct post-service and post-sales satisfaction calls to measure customer experience.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and ensure courteous communication with customers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and CRM teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Achieve assigned call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports related to customer interactions and feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or CRM is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
