Key Responsibilities
- Handle flight sales inquiries generated through PPC campaigns.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable flight options.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong conversion rates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and ticketing processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant experience in PPC Travel Sales / Flight Sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Sales-oriented approach with a focus on achieving targets.
- Good knowledge of international/domestic flight bookings is an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Age should not exceed 35 years.
Hiring Process
Round 1 – Telephonic Interview
Initial telephonic screening will be conducted for all profiles.
Round 2 – Face-to-Face Interview
Shortlisted candidates from the telephonic round will be called for an F2F interview.
Important: Please ensure that candidates are called to the office for the Face-to-Face interview only after they have been shortlisted in the telephonic round.
