We are seeking an experienced and innovative Performance Marketer who can manage and scale paid campaigns for multiple client brands. The role requires strong analytical thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Drive lead generation, sales, and conversions with clear ROI.
- Perform audience research, funnel setup, and retargeting.
- Test and optimize ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
- Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and performance metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.
- Coordinate with content, design, and account management teams.
- Ensure accurate pixel, conversion tracking, and event setup.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of agency workflows and client management.
- Knowledge of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL).
- Experience in lead gen or e-commerce campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio.
- Experience scaling ad accounts.
- Basic understanding of CRO and landing page optimization.
