Role Overview
Torani is looking for a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Junior Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support the Founder in managing daily operations, priorities, communication, and coordination across multiple functions. This role requires exceptional ownership, discretion, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
The ideal candidate should have a stable employment history, strong execution skills, and the ability to anticipate requirements before being instructed.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Calendar Management
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, meetings, travel schedules, and daily priorities.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain meeting notes, MOMs, action trackers, and closure reports.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a central point of coordination between the Founder and various departments.
- Draft emails, communications, reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Follow up with teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and commitments.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.
Business Operations Support
- Track ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, summaries, and data required for management reviews.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Production, Merchandising, Retail, Marketing, and Design teams whenever required.
- Escalate delays, risks, or operational bottlenecks proactively.
Personal Assistance
- Manage personal appointments, travel bookings, reservations, and scheduling requirements.
- Coordinate personal errands, events, and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Handle confidential personal information with complete discretion.
Travel & Event Coordination
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Manage logistics, accommodation bookings, transportation, and schedules.
- Support exhibitions, events, fashion weeks, shoots, store launches, and other business engagements.
Documentation & Record Management
- Maintain organized records, files, contracts, presentations, and business documents.
- Ensure accurate documentation and easy retrieval of information.
- Track approvals, agreements, payments, and pending action items.
Requirements
- Minimum 2.5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Founder’s Office Executive, or similar role.
- Candidates with stable career progression and long tenures at previous organizations will be strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong command of MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Strong follow-up and execution skills.

Working Conditions
- This is a full-time role based in Noida.

Preferred Background
- Experience supporting Founders, CEOs, Directors, or Senior Leadership.
- Prior experience in fashion, retail, luxury, lifestyle, e-commerce, or founder-led organizations will be an added advantage.
- Experience handling both executive assistance and personal assistance responsibilities simultaneously.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
