Job Title: Personal Driver - SUV (Range Rover Evoque) - Salt Lake Sector 3
Summary: Seeking a disciplined, punctual, and professional driver for a Range Rover Evoque (Automatic Transmission) based out of Salt Lake Sector 3, Kolkata. This position operates strictly on a daily-wage basis (pay-per-day worked), offering an opportunity for an experienced driver looking for a transparent and reliable daily payout structure.
Schedule & Daily Compensation Structure:
Shift Hours: 12-Hour Shift (08:00 AM to 8:00 PM), Monday to Saturday. Compensation ₹500 per day worked, payable monthly.
Post 6mths after performance review ₹600 per day worked, payable monthly
Sunday (If required): ₹500 fixed, payable at the end of the day.
Late Night: Additional ₹500 for driving beyond 9:00 PM, payable at the end of the day.
Trial Period: A mandatory 1-week paid trial period will be conducted for the selected candidate before final confirmation.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a Range Rover Evoque (Automatic), strictly adhering to specified speed limits and traffic rules. Ensure the vehicle remains in pristine condition, including maintaining exterior cleaning and scheduling routine maintenance.
Maintain a professional vehicle environment; personal breaks and lunch are to be taken outside of the vehicle.
Navigate effectively using Google Maps on their smartphones.
Requirements & Commute: Must reside in or within 3kms of the Salt Lake area and/or reach the pick-up point in time using any mode of transport.
Languages: Fluent in understanding & communicating in Hindi & Bengali
Mandatory Verification (Upon Selection): Final hiring is contingent upon the successful completion of a standard background check, including: PAN Card and Document copies, recent photograph & Clear Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)
