About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR processes, HRMS management, Performance Appraisal, employee engagement, compliance, and recruitment coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain employee records through HRMS/HRIS platforms.
- Handle end-to-end offboarding processes.
- Coordinate interviews and support recruitment activities.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Support compliance-related documentation and HR audits.
- Administer Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training records.
- Address employee queries and provide HR support.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Maintain HR documentation and process governance standards.
- Coordinate employee engagement and communication initiatives.
Requirements
- 3.5–4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Executive, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS systems.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and SOPs.
- Good knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in employee lifecycle management.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
