Job Role
The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining real estate projects and services to customers, following up with leads, and maintaining proper customer communication records.
Key Responsibilities
- Explain real estate projects/services clearly to customers
- Follow up with interested leads and existing customers
- Maintain call records and customer details properly
- Coordinate with the sales team when required
- Build good relationships with customers through effective communication
- Respond to customer queries politely and professionally
Eligibility Criteria
- Fresher or 0–2 Years of Experience
- Good Tamil communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good listening and customer handling skills
Shift Time - 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Location - Singanallur, Coimbatore
Pay: ₹8,814.61 - ₹29,139.56 per month
