About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless client support.
- Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare reports and presentations on client performance and engagement.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Pay: ₹4,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per year
Work Location: In person
