Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Civil Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will work alongside senior engineers and project managers to assist in the planning, design, site supervision, and execution of construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level engineer looking to build hands-on industry experience across project life cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure quality control, and verify adherence to design specifications and safety regulations.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, daily site logs, inspection reports, and material tracking records.
Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, sub-contractors, and local government authorities to keep projects on schedule.
Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with local building codes, safety rules, and environmental standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Diploma holders with relevant internship/site experience are also welcome).
- Software Skills: Proficiency or working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office (Excel, Word), and basic project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of structural mechanics, surveying principles, building codes, and construction materials.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, solid verbal/written communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Site Mobility: Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as needed.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
