Agrim Wholesale Pvt Ltd is looking for energetic and target-oriented Superstar Executives to join our team. The role involves onboarding freelancers, building strong relationships, and driving engagement through excellent communication and sales skills.
The ideal candidate should have strong convincing abilities, a sales mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with potential freelancers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard freelancers through calls and other channels
Explain opportunities and convince freelancers to join the platform
Follow up with leads and convert them into active partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with freelancers
Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets
Maintain lead records and update follow-up status
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
