What you will do:
Digital Onboarding: Install QR Codes and Soundboxes at shops.
Fintech Sales: Sell Swiping Machines (POS) to business owners.
Loan Facilitation: Pitch and process Business Loans for eligible merchants.
Retention: Regular Merchant Revisits to ensure 100% satisfaction.
What we are looking for:
Education: Minimum 10th Pass (Open to Freshers/Experienced).
Vehicle: Must have a Two-wheeler & valid License.
Skills: Strong communication in Malayalam; basic English understanding.
Attitude: Goal-oriented and ready for on-field challenges.
Remuneration:
Fixed Salary + High Performance Incentives.
Potential to earn more through Loan & POS sales.
Zero Investment: No joining fees or security deposit.
