Job Overview Ekart Logistics is hiring responsible and motivated Delivery Associates to ensure safe and timely delivery of parcels to customers. The candidate will be responsible for picking up shipments from the assigned hub, delivering them within the designated area, and maintaining accurate delivery records using the company app.
Key Responsibilities
Collect parcels from the warehouse/hub and deliver them to customers on time. Handle Cash on Delivery (COD) payments securely when required. Update delivery status through the official mobile application. Maintain professionalism and provide good customer service. Meet daily delivery targets and follow company guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: Not Required
Valid two-wheeler driving license.
Own bike with valid RC, Insurance, and PUC.
Basic smartphone knowledge and ability to use GPS.
Physically fit and punctual.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly earnings: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 (depending on delivery volume and location).
