What would you do? Ideal candidates have experience supporting Bills of Materials (BOMs), product structures, engineering change processes, supply chain operations, or master data governance in a technology, manufacturing, or data center environment. Successful candidates demonstrate strong ownership, attention to detail, critical thinking, customer focus, and the ability to identify potential risks or downstream impacts before implementation.
What are we looking for? Experience with Aras Innovator (OnePDM) or similar PLM systems. Understanding of enterprise server, networking, storage data center hardware. Experience supporting engineering change management, product lifecycle, or supply chain processes. Experience using Microsoft Copilot or AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and quality. Deliver accurate and timely implementation of product master data changes. Consistently identify potential issues before implementation. Provide responsive support to global stakeholders. Contribute effectively to projects, testing activities, and process improvements. Maintain high standards of data quality, documentation, and operational excellence. Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement in daily execution.
Roles and Responsibilities: Create and maintain parts, BOMs, substitutions, and orderability updates. Evaluate requests for accuracy, completeness, and potential downstream impacts. Respond to support requests submitted by global data center technicians and business stakeholders. Investigate and resolve data quality issues, process exceptions, and system discrepancies. Provide subject matter expertise for projects and partner teams leveraging MMT-managed data. Support new product introduction and sustaining operations activities. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for process and tooling enhancements and provide actionable feedback. Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and knowledge articles. Identify opportunities to improve data quality, efficiency, and operational effectiveness. Experience creating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs), product structures, or related master data. Experience with ERP, MRP, PLM, or similar enterprise systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to assess business impacts and identify potential issues before implementation. Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations environments. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
