Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years in Facade Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Read, understand, and execute work as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Supervise and monitor facade installation activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Ensure daily work targets are achieved as per project schedule.
- Prepare and submit Daily Work Reports (DWR) to management.
- Plan and organize manpower, materials, and equipment requirements for upcoming days and weeks.
- Distribute work effectively among team members and monitor productivity.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce all safety regulations at site.
- Coordinate with internal departments and project stakeholders for timely completion of work.
- Identify site issues and proactively resolve them to avoid delays.
- Monitor progress and ensure project milestones are achieved within deadlines.
Required Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction documents.
- Strong knowledge of facade installation and site execution processes.
- Good planning, coordination, and team management skills.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
- Safety-oriented and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle contractors and site workforce efficiently.
- Proficiency in preparing daily progress reports and work schedules.
Qualification:
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Facade Projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
