- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum.
- Strong knowledge of agile software development principles and practices.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver software projects efficiently.
- Ability to facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Skilled in managing backlogs and prioritizing tasks to align with business goals.
